Save My Thyroid: Healing Tips for Hyperthyroidism and Hashimoto's
If you have hyperthyroidism (Graves' disease, toxic multinodular goiter, etc.) or Hashimoto's thyroiditis and are looking to do everything to save your thyroid gland, then the Save My Thyroid podcast is for you! Dr. Eric Osansky DC, IFMCP is the host, as he personally was diagnosed with Graves' disease in 2008 and was able to get into remission taking a natural approach. He created this podcast to help others with hyperthyroidism and Hashimoto's save their thyroid and regain their health. If you have hyperthyroidism then pretty much all of the episodes will benefit you, and if you have Hashimoto's you'll benefit from most of the guest expert episodes, as well as some of the "solo" episodes. The reason there is more of a focus on hyperthyroidism is because all of the other thyroid-related podcasts focus mostly on hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's, and since Dr. Eric personally dealt with Graves' disease he wanted this podcast to focus more on hyperthyroidism, although it will still offer plenty of value to those with hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's. Dr. Eric Osansky lives in Matthews NC with his wife, 2 daughters, 3 cats, 2 dogs, and 3 guinea pigs! He has been a practitioner for 20+ years, and has focused on helping people with thyroid and autoimmune thyroid conditions since 2009.

Holistic Insights on Gut Health with Juanique Grover
“If you want to change your health radically, you have to radicalize what you’re doing on a day-to-day basis.” - Juanique Grover
70 to 80% of your immune health is your microbiome, and our modern lifestyle does not support gut health very well.
In infancy, most American babies' first foods typically consist of some types of cereal or wheat products that inadvertently expose them to herbicides, pesticides, and more. It’s also quite common for babies and young children to be given antibiotics or to be exposed to antibiotics in the womb. When we look at the combination of eating food that destroys the microbiome and being overexposed to antibiotics that destroy the microbiome from a very young age, most of us start with a rocky foundation for our immune health.
Today, I’m excited to talk to Juanique Grover about gut health, the connection to thyroid health, and what a holistic approach to gut health looks like. As the owner and founder of the esteemed Provo Health Clinic, Juanique has dedicated her life to revolutionizing the way people perceive and achieve holistic wellness. Fueled by her personal experiences with Graves’ disease and long COVID, and SIRS, Juanique pioneered the groundbreaking Gutsy Academy, a beacon of knowledge empowering individuals to become self-healing advocates through meticulously curated programs and insights. She has equipped countless people with the tools and mindsets to reclaim their health and vitality. Her mission is simple yet profound: to guide individuals toward becoming the healthiest, most vibrant versions of themselves.
In this conversation, Juanique and I discuss the crucial link between gut health and thyroid conditions, how she overcame Graves' disease, the importance of a healthy gut microbiome for recovering from autoimmune conditions, the role of fiber in immune health, the impact of stress on digestion, a holistic approach to healing, and more. Enjoy the episode!
